I worked as a senior quality analyst for almost 5 years and took career break of 3 years for raising my kid. When i missed the intellectual challenge of working , started to think about possible routes to restart my Career. Zessta is one such place, where it encourages people with career break and supports them to reach their goals. It was absolutely brilliant to be back to work and finally do something for achieving my career growth.

I had a two year gap in my career. Zessta Software Services considered me and actively nurtured me in my role as Software Engineer despite the above limitation.

Thank you Zessta for helping me rebuild my career. I worked for Zessta for a couple of years before taking a break due to personal reasons. I returned to workforce at Zessta after 4 years of career break. Despite having 10 years of past experience in IT industry it was not an easy job to restart my career and get an opportunity that is suitable for me.  It is very normal for your confidence to be low after a break.
